A workshop designed for adults, ages 18 years +. Focused on developing a positive outlook & building social-emotional life skills. These are tailored transformational workshops running 1-2 days. They are adapted to suit your needs around mindfulness, psychology of eating as well as manifestation of abundance & wealth. Re-creating a life imagined.
